How to get help from us
We are asking anyone that needs our food support to contact us directly during our office hours
which are Mon - Fri 10am - 12pm by either:
Our office in Hexham is staffed by our friendly support workers between 10am and 12pm Monday - Friday. If you call or contact us outside of these hours and leave a message we will attempt to contact you when we are next in the office. If we fail to make contact with you then we cannot make a delivery to you.

We politely ask that you contact us to arrange your delivery before 12pm on the day before it is due (see delivery days below) if you contact us after this we cannot guarantee you a delivery and you may have to wait until the next week.
Our delivery areas and days
We complete our deliveries on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Our area is split geographically so that we can maximise use of resources and ensure each household receives only 1 delivery per week.
