If you’re struggling and need assistance, our helpline is open Monday to Friday, 10 am - 2 pm. Call or email us to discuss your situation confidentially, and we’ll work to get you the help you need. Please be aware we are a delivery only service and our office is not open to the general public.

Opening hours
Our office in Hexham is staffed by our friendly support workers between 10am and 2pm Monday - Friday. If you call or contact us outside of these hours and leave a message we will attempt to contact you when we are next in the office. If we fail to make contact with you then we cannot make a delivery to you.
Our delivery areas and days
We deliver 5 days per week. We aim to deliver on a day 1 for day 3 basis, so if you call on a Monday we will aim to deliver on a Wednesday, Tuesday we will aim for Thursday etc. This can be subject to geographic limits and our capacity on the day. If we are unable to deliver to you due to your location, we may offer you a supermarket voucher to an equivalent value to your food delivery. This will be an electronic voucher, can be for a number of different stores and can be sent to a mobile phone.
