together we can make a difference

Every donation plays a vital role in helping us support individuals and families across West Northumberland. There are many ways you can get involved — from making a one-off food donation to setting up a regular financial donation. If you’re donating food or gifts for Christmas, please make sure these reach us by Friday 12 December. You can find ideas of what to give on our example shopping list below.
EXAMPLE SHOPPING LIST

Support us with food donations

Every item donated to West Northumberland Food Bank helps us provide essential support to people facing difficult times. With demand rising, we rely on the generosity of individuals, schools, community groups, and businesses to help keep our shelves stocked and our food parcels full.

Support us financially

Financial donations keep our shelves stocked, our vans on the road and our helpline open. They give us the flexibility to buy essential food and household items when food donations fall short, ensuring we can support people when they need it most.
